Blue Onion Style Tableware Featuring Meissen and Ernst Teichert
Item Details
A selection of Blue Onion style tableware featuring Meissen and Ernst Teichert. This set includes an egg cup, a cup, two saucers, a spoon rest, a serving tray and a two reservoir condiment dish featuring the Blue Onion pattern and marked with the crossed sword Meissen mark to the base. Also included in this set is a late nineteenth century invalid feeder in a floral pattern, a round dish in the Blue Onion pattern, and a strainer ladle in the Blue Onion pattern with a carved wooden handle. These pieces are all marked to the base with the makers.
Condition
- surface scratches and wear throughout; ladle handle has come loss and is detached.
