Nesting Wooden Chests
Item Details
A set of nesting wooden chests. This set includes three chests, descending in size from large to small. The chests feature metal straps forming grids to the surfaces, with flower shaped accents inside each square of the grid. The straps are dotted with brass nail heads. Each has a hinged lid and black metal bail handles to the sides. There are no visible maker’s marks.
Condition
- scratches and wear throughout; front hinge broken off one box; piece of metal trim is pulled back and missing nail heads; several metal accents are missing; hinges are bent/askew.
