Tiffany & Co. and Lenox Porcelain and Sterling Honey Pot with Spreader

A pierced sterling silver honey pot by Tiffany & Co. This piece comes with a Lenox porcelain insert with a lid featuring a gilt honey bee pattern and gilt trim. The underside of the sterling holder is stamped, ‘Tiffany & Co. 1956 9K Makers 3215 Sterling Silver 925-1000 M’ and the underside of the porcelain insert is marked, ‘Lenox Tiffany & Co.’ and ‘830/F13’. These pieces also come with an International Silver Co. sterling flat handle spreader in the 1921 Trianon pattern, designed by Alfred G. Kintz and retired in 1974. The total approximate weight for the spreader and honey pot, excluding the porcelain insert and lid, is 6.27 ozt.
