The figures are holding decorated staffs against an exaggerated full moon and graduated orange and yellow background. A bird is visible in the upper right corner and black clouds are scattered throughout the composition. The piece is presented in red and white matting, behind glass, and in a dark stained beveled wood frame. The verso of this piece is equipped to hang.
