A hand-knotted Indo-Persian Heriz Serapi room size rug. The wool pile rug features a geometric pattern with center medallion, rust field, decorative spandrels with cream field and compound border. The primary border is unresolved on indigo field. Other colors in the palette include cream, sage green, light blue, tan and light russet. The rug has natural cotton warp fringe and is unsigned.
