A signed limited edition offset lithograph after an original work of art Bengal Tiger by well-listed renowned American wildlife illustrator and naturalist John A. Ruthven (Cincinnati, born 1924). This print depicts a Bengal tiger in mid-stride against a background of dried grasses and branches. The print is signed both in plate and by hand to the lower right of the composition. It is numbered 4018/5000. The title of the piece is printed to the base of the composition. The print is presented in white and tan matting, behind glass, and in a gold-tone and dark stained wood beveled frame. The verso of this piece is equipped to hang.

Condition

- the print is marred by scratches and gouges in several areas. The mat has a significant gouge and mark to the portion below the composition.
