A resin reproduction bust of a Native American man by Universal Statuary Corp. after a design by artist Vaughn Kendrick. This piece depicts the figure with a beaded necklace and a pair of feathers tucked into his braided hair. The piece is signed ‘V. Kendrick’ in-mold toward its lower edge along with text reading ‘Universal Statuary Corp. Chicago, 184, 1978.’ There is a protective felt pad to the underside of the piece.

- accretions throughout particularly to crevices; nicks to left of nose; minor surface wear throughout.
