Assorted Octoberfest Stoneware Beverage Mugs and Vintage Beer Stein
Item Details
An assortment of ten stoneware beverage mugs and German beer stein. These beverage mugs present yearly advertising applied slogans and images for Cincinnati ‘Oktoberfest.’ The mugs have the dates of 1985, 1986, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, and 1994. Two of the mugs are not dated. Some of the mugs were manufactured by ‘Mr. Mugs Co., Cincinnati, Ohio, some have just U.S.A. which is stamped on the bottoms. Finally, there is a small beer stein stamped ’6 Banagomold’ in gold paint on its bottom. This small vintage beer stein retains its original pewter lid. This stein has a colorful circular painted body pattern depicting villagers playing their musical instruments.
Condition
One of the stoneware mugs is chipped around its rim. The others are in good condition depicting service usage. The gold stamping on the bottom base of the beer stein is difficult to make out.
Dimensions
The measurements reflect the size of the two cardboard storage boxes.
The stoneware mugs measure 7.5" tall
The beer stein measures approximately 7" tall
