1920's Photo Album of Manitou, Colorado

A vintage photo album with photographs from various landscapes of Manitou, Colorado, c. 1929. The scenes include classic Western landscapes of mountains and vast plains, stills of buffalos and black bears, and various town happenings. The photographic paper was produced by Fox Co., manufacturers of Foxtone Border Prints. The photographs have a blue stamp to their verso that guarantees the film until July 1929. They are mounted to black paper and housed in a hand painted leather album case held together with ribbon.

Condition

- some photographs have come loose; minor wear to edges of leather case.
