Item Details

A mid century Seth Thomas desk clock with a replaced power source. The original Baxter model was issued circa 1947 and was powered by electricity. In this example, the electrical power source has been replaced with a battery-run quartz power source. The rectangular wooden case rests on a brass platform and is flanked by brass supports which echo the brass bezel. The face is predominantly white with black Roman numerals and fancy black hands. Untested.
