Power-Loomed Karastan Wool "Persian Hunting Rug"

A Karastan power-loomed area rug in the Persian Hunting Rug pattern, #723. It features a central repeating hunting motif in a palette of crimson, muted blue, black, cream and light green against a taupe field. It has a compound border with a crimson field and a repeating figural design. The rug is finished with a cream wool applied fringe to either end. It is tagged by the maker to the reverse.
