A circa 1882 Victorian English sterling silver hinged buckle cuff with delicate engraved foliate patterning and the buckle done in gold wash. The hallmarks indicate the buckle to have been made in Birmingham, England, possibly by White & Co. as evidenced by the ‘W & C’ makers mark.
