5' x 8' Hand-Knotted Indo-Caucasian Kazak Rug
Item Details
A hand-knotted Indo-Caucasian Kazak rug. The rust clored field of the rug displays a white eight-point central medallion with flanking medallions in deep indigo. The field is further decorated with minor gul and geometric form designs. The field is surrounded with two thin minor borders with pale blue grounds and a wide sprincipal border on indigo-blue. The rug terminates in a knotted cotton warp fringe at either end.
