Emperor German Walnut Grandmother Clock

A vintage grandmother clock by Emperor. This grand German made mechanical timepiece features a gold tone and silver tone metal face displaying black Roman numerals with a moon dial at the top. It is housed in a case constructed from walnut with a bonnet top and center finial as well as decorative balusters flanking the clock face, and the glass door below opens to reveal the gold tone weights. The movement is stamped ‘80; Made for Emperor Clock Company by Hermle Black Forest Clocks.’
