A Thai style rubbing on paper. This rubbing depicts four figures engaged in a battle, the image expressed with a deep brown ink. It is presented framed under glass with a decorative hanger. The piece is signed in verso ‘B. Scharig, Taegu, Kor, 21 Jul 80, Temple Rubbing, Bankok, Thail, May ’80’.

Condition

- scratches throughout frame particularly to upper right; residue to glass at upper right.
