Getzen Super Deluxe Trumpet and Case
Item Details
A brass Getzen Super Deluxe B-flat trumpet, serial number 40745. Features include a lacquer finish on its tri-color brass, rose brass and silver tone bell section, valve casings and slides. The rose brass band around the bell is marked “Getzen; Elkhorn, Wis.; Tone Balanced; Super Deluxe.” A Getzen trumpet mouthpiece is also included with a red velvet lined Getzen case.
Condition
- in working condition; valves and slides move freely, except third valve slide is stuck; marks to lacquer finish, dents and red rot to bell; significant wear to lacquer finish throughout; wear to finish of mouthpiece; marks to exterior and interior of case and latch springs broken; musty odor
