An original 2017 oil and acrylic painting on denim titled 2 Yanlei by contemporary Cincinnati artist and fashion designer Anthony Frommeyer. The abstract painting features expressionistic layers of drippy paint in bold color, including touches of neon. Broad white stripes overlay the color, creating large contrasting amorphous shapes across the composition. The work is signed, titled and dated to the verso. The stretched canvas is presented without framing or hanging apparatus.

Frommeyer discovered art at the age of 15, after the tragic loss of his father in a car accident. He found solace in expressing his emotions and anxiety through the expressive use of color, stating that as he paints his soul feels no boundaries, allowing him to move from color to color with ease, eventually creating stunning, abstract works.
