A signed limited edition offset lithograph by John A. Ruthven (b. 1924) titled Kingfishers With Water Lilies. Megaceryle alcyon. Ruthven is a well-listed Ohio wildlife artist, who features two large Kingfishers, one perched in a tree, and one diving for a catch. This print is after an original painting by Ruthven, and is double signed, in plate and in pencil to the lower left, and is numbered 229/300 in pencil to the lower right. It also includes an additional note signed ‘Christmas 1993 – John A. Ruthven’ to the right of the title. The print is presented under non-glare glass in a mottled stained composite frame with a gold tone edge, with double mats, and is ready to hang with a rear wire. The reverse also includes information from the official Wildlife Internationale Inc.
