A signed limited edition offset lithograph by John A. Ruthven (b. 1924) titled Spring Quartet. Ruthven is a well-listed Ohio wildlife artist, who features the spring birds of Cincinnati perched on pussy willow reeds, including a four spring warblers, including the Chestnut-Sided Warbler, Parula Warbler, Black-Throated Blue Warbler and the Prothonotary Warbler. This print is after an original painting by Ruthven, and is pencil signed and print signed in plate to the lower right, and is numbered 389/500 in pencil to the lower left. It also includes an additional note signed ‘Christmas 1993 – John A. Ruthven’ to the left of the title. The print is presented under non-glare glass in a brown composite frame, with forest green and striped mats, and is ready to hang with a rear wire. The reverse also includes information from the official Wildlife Internationale Inc. Framed by Frame Concepts, Inc.
