A signed limited edition offset lithograph by John A. Ruthven (b. 1924) titled Dinner Bell. Ruthven is a well-listed Ohio wildlife artist, who depicts a Great Horned Owl contentedly resting on the top of a large iron dinner bell. This print is after an original painting by Ruthven, and is signed in plate and below the plate in pencil to the lower left, and is numbered 84/500 in pencil to the lower right. It also includes an additional note signed ‘Christmas 1989 – John A. Ruthven’ to the right of the title. The offset lithograph is presented under non-glare glass in a gold tone composite frame, with triple mats, and is ready to hang with a rear wire. The reverse also includes information from the official Wildlife Internationale Inc. Framed by Frame Concepts.
