A signed limited edition offset lithograph by John A. Ruthven (b. 1924) titled Buck. Ruthven is a well-listed Ohio wildlife artist, who depicts a black Labrador Retriever in an expectant stance near a dilapidated fence. This print is after an original painting by Ruthven, and is pencil signed and print signed in plate to the lower right, and is numbered 473/500 in pencil to the lower left. It also includes an additional note signed ‘Christmas 1993 – John A. Ruthven’ to the right of the title. The print is presented under non-glare glass in a wood tone composite frame, with a dark brown mat, and is ready to hang with a rear wire. The reverse also includes information from the official Wildlife Internationale Inc.
