Vintage Montreal Souvenir Plate and Dishes Featuring Adderley and Wood & Sons
Item Details
A collection of English made souvenir dishes from Montreal including Adderly and Wood & Sons. There are two small porcelain dishes with ruffled rims. The centers feature designs commemorating Saint James’ Cathedral in Montreal and Notre Dame Church in Montreal. They are marked to the underside ‘Adderly Fine Bone China, England’ dating them post-1947. Also included is a circular plate decorated with brown leaves and scenes around the rim and Le Vieux Montreal – Old Montreal Place Royal 1603 in the center. The underside is marked ‘Le Vieux Montreal, Wood & Sons, English Ironstone, Original Artwork by Walter Pranke, Old Montreal’.
