A rare Chinese Qianlong (circa 1795) porcelain Geldermalsen type figure of a bearded sage with child in glazed decoration. The Qianlong paper label affixed to the back is dated 1795. The Geldermalsen was a Dutch East India cargo ship that sank in the Linnga archipelago in 1752 with over 150,000 ceramic pieces as well as gold and tea.
