A Total gym XL and six weights. This model features a flat folding design with attachments for multiple exercises including: squat stand, hand grips and ankle brace/pull up bar. Also included are two 25lb weight plates marked ‘AMERICAN’, Two 25lb weight plates marked ‘BFCO’ and two unmarked 50lb weight plates.
