Item Details
An antique hand-knotted Persian Gabbeh pictorial rug. The rug features a turmeric dyed rectangular field with four stepped diamond medallions. The center of one of the medallions features the depiction of an animal. The field is surrounded by a wide principal border of repeating eight-point star forms. The rug is finished with a closely cropped warp fringe at either end.
