A gelatin silver print photograph of a young Richard Gere by photographer Herbert ‘Herb’ Ritts Jr. This piece depicts the figure in a white tank top, a pensive expression on his strongly-featured face. The photograph is title, dated and signed by the artist on the verso, reading, ‘Richard Gere San Bernardino 1979 Herb Ritts 6/25.’ A blindstamp reading ‘©HERB RITTS’ is seen to the lower right corner of paper. This piece is matted under glass and a wide wide mat in a black frame with a wire to its verso.
