A collection of 467th Bomber Group memorabilia. This collection of memorabilia commemorates The 8th US Army Air Force’s 467th Bomber Group in the European Theater in World War Two. This bomber group earned the reputation of being one of the most accurate bomber groups and it was also the group that Vincent Re was a member of as a top turret gunner in a Consolidated Aircraft B-24 Liberator. Included in this memorabilia is a wooden model of the B-24 with the 467th’s tail markings, an 8 × 10 photo of a commemorative poster of the B-24 ‘Witchcraft,’ and close ups of sections of the poster. Also included is a 467th Bomber group commemorative plate, a privately published history of the 467th and a collection of photographs of the 467th Bomber Group and B-24 Liberators.
