Item Details
A signed semi-antique hand-knotted Persian Tabriz rug. The densely patterned carmine red field features a lobed indigo medallion, arabesque vines, palemttes, and lancet leaves. The field is surrounded by cream colored spandrels and a thin herati border with aqua colored ground. The signature is present in the principal border. The rug terminates in overcast edges and knotted cotton warp fringe.
