A contemporary oil painting on panel by Chicago artist Errol Jacobsen (born 1948) titled Rolling Fog. The piece depicts an abstract cityscape, with trains and skyscrapers rendered in overlapping strokes of grey, red, yellow and brown. The work is initialed ‘E.J.’ in grey paint to the lower left.
