4' x 7' Semi-Antique Hand-Knotted Persian Malayer Rug
Item Details
A semi-antique hand-knotted Persian Malayer rug. The rectangular indigo-black field displays a doubled crimson lozenge medallion with hooked crenelations. The field is decorated with a series of meandering vines, minor guls and geometric forms throughout. A Rhodesian and lobed flower border pair surrounds the field. The rug is finished with cotton warp fringe at either end.
