A signed offset lithograph after an original work of art Into a Hornet’s Nest by Wisconsin Aviation artist Randy Green (20th. Century). This print depicts a WWII air battle off the Baltic coast. The print is signed both in plate and by hand at the base of the composition by E. Seitzinger, K. Dickson, A. Gall, J. Kristynik, T. Kelley, and J. Lose. The artist’s signature is printed in plate and by hand to the lower right and it is numbered 76/950. Below the title in the lower margin is the following descriptive notation ME-410 Hornets Attacking B-24 J Liberators off the Baltic Coast at 0915 Hours – 20 June 1944. This print is presented in blue and tan matting, behind glass, and in a gold-tone metal frame. The verso of this piece is equipped to hang.
