Vintage Tashiro Shoten Porcelain Plate and Kutani Stoneware Teacup
Item Details
A selection of East Asian and Japanese tableware including a plate, two tea bowls, and a teacup. The vintage Tashiro Shoten Ltd. plate features heart form panels to the verge depicting robed figures, blossoming trees, and waterfronts with vermicelli gilding to the black field and beading to the gilt edges. It has a ‘Tashiro’ mark to the underside. The stoneware teacup features a geometrical design in blue, green, and yellow to the interior and a black cloud pattern to the green exterior. It is marked ‘九谷’ (Kutani) to the underside. Also included are pair of footed tea bowls with painted figural and floral patterns.

- marks and scratches; small stains to white bowls.
