A handwoven vintage Persian Lilihan Sarouk rug runner. This handwoven wool runner rug features a deep brown-black colored field patterned with lobed flowers, boteh and diamond shapes in bright shades of teal, vermilion red, navy and cream. The main border features a foliate design in teal, navy and vermilion on cream. It is marked to the reverse “Hand Made in Iran” and features natural warp fringe to either end.
