A pair of Steiff 1985 and 1989 collectors’ teddy bears. Bears include a 1985 Original Collectors’ Edition teddy bear from the Margaret Woodbury Strong Museum bear collection. This jointed bear is handcrafted in a short white mohair plush, with a black embroidered nose, with leather pads. It includes original ‘Margaret Woodbury’ and ‘Steiff 1985 Original’ paper tags, with a metal Steiff ear button marked model #0158/31. Bears also include a 1989 Original Hobby Center Toys Collectors Club limited edition teddy bear. It is handcrafted in a long white mohair plush, with a black embroidered nose, black stitched claws with white suede pads on paws, and a white bow. It includes the original Stiff tag and Hobby Center Toys tag, along with with a metal Steiff ear button marked model #0152/25, and is numbered #00517, a limited edition out of 1000 pieces.
