A pair of Norman Rockwell porcelain figurines. This pairing features a figurine of Rockwell’s 1936 painting Spring Tonic, depicting a woman in a quilt, feel in a pail of warm water, being fed a spoonful of medicine by a caring friend as a black and white cat looks on; it is marked to the underside with the title and sticker reading ‘From the Gift World of Gorham, Made in Japan.’ Also included is The First Prom, depicting a young man presenting a corsage to his prom date, who is dressed in a light green cocktail dress; it is marked to the underside ‘The First Prom’ and ‘The American Family by Norman Rockwell, Authenticated by the Norman Rockwell Museum.’
