Riverfront First and Last Game Souvenirs

A selection of Riverfront Stadium items. Riverfront Stadium opened in June of 1970 and closed in September of 2002. There is a certificate from Riverfront Stadium’s ‘First Nighter’, which is dated June 30th of 1970. The last game at Riverfront/Cinergy Field took place on September 23, 2002; the game was the ‘Cincinnati Legends vs Baseball All-Stars’. This was a softball game; Pete Rose, Joe Morgan, Tony Perez, Paul O’Neill, Ken Griffey Sr., George Foster, Johnny Bench, Dave Concepcion were on the ‘Legends’ team. There is a 1989 Reds team picture with a coupon is still attached. A 3-D figure of Riverfront Stadium rounds out this lot. This item was produced by HomeFields, Inc in 2002. The back of the item is flat, the front is layered to give a 3-D effect.
