A rock maple slate top side table from Young Republic Tell City. The table features an inset slate top with a shaped back rail and sides. It stands on four block-vase and ring turned legs that support a lower shelf and drawer. The dovetail drawer has a front of three raised panels, fitted with a brass batwing bail handle. The table terminates on bun feet and is marked inside the drawer with the maker’s mark.
