A signed limited edition collagraph on paper titled True Grit by listed American artist Harriet Zeitlin (b. 1929). This work features a cowboy on horseback with body parts composed of embossed gears, tools, medallions, and other various found objects, set against a deep teal background. The composition is signed by hand in graphite to the lower right margin; it is titled to the lower center margin and numbered 7 out of an edition of 10 to the lower left margin. Presented under glass in a wood frame with a medium brown finish and a black liner. A short bio of the artist is adhered to the verso.
Condition
- toning and faint stains throughout margins of printed paper; some residue scattered throughout glass; minor scratches, stains, and finish loss scattered throughout frame.
