A Steiff Teddy Rose Replica 1925 teddy bear. This bear is handcrafted in an unusual soft pastel rose tone mohair plush, with a brown embroidered nose, brown eyes, pink pads, and brown sewn claws. It features a center seam along the head, that is found in only one of eleven bears. This 1987/88 jointed bear includes the Steiff ‘Teddy Rose Replica 1925’ attached paper tag, a metal Steiff ear button, marked model #0171/41, and a Margarete Steiff Giengen certificate of authenticity marked number 003287. The bear is a limited edition of 10,000 pieces. The original box is also included.
