A signed and carved Kachina sculpture by Hopi Pueblo artist Isidor Abeita. This hand painted carved sculpture is thought to depict a Great Horned Owl Kachina, known to keep the clowns from misbehaving and carries yucca reed whips. Signed to the reverse base ‘I. Abeita.’
