A limited edition serigraph on paper titled Garden Path by listed contemporary artst Christian Title (born 1932). This print depicts a large house with a lush garden full of trees and flowers. The print is signed by hand in graphite to the lower right corner and editioned by hand in graphite 223/295 to the lower left corner. The print is housed in a silver tone wooden frame with a linen liner and matboard, and a Certificate of Authenticity from Colville Publishing is present to the verso.

Condition

- discoloration to paper; foxing to paper and mat; frame has chips; finish loss; left and right lower miters have separated; glass from frame is missing.
