Item Details

A collection of artist’s canvas and stretcher frames. There are eleven stretcher frames in three different sizes and the pieces are stamped ‘Fredrix’ and ‘Anco Bilt’. There are also four rolls of artist’s canvas, three of them by Fredrix. The other roll is marked ‘Tara artist canvas, cotton duck weave, acrylic priming’.

Condition

- good condition for canvas rolls with light wear; good to fair condition for most stretcher frames with some surface wear from use; fair condition for one frame with large crack.

- five stretcher frames: 20" W x 24" H; five stretcher frames 20" W x16" H; one stretcher frame 11" W x 14" H; Tara brand canvas roll: 53" W x 6 yards.
