This quartz geode specimen display subeuhedral to euhedral clear to light purple quartz crystal with the hexagonal prism and six sided pyramidal termination crystal habit common to the mineral quartz. The geode and the surrounding host rock have been fashioned into the shape of a human skull with one eye and teeth.
