Asian Cast Metal with Enamel Candlestick

An Asian cast metal candlestick with enamel decoration. The candlestick has a footed base with tripod legs scrolling into a reticulated, baluster form body and tapered neck. The body appears with cloud designs and colorful inlaid enamel decoration. The candlestick was once electrified as a lamp.

Condition

- large repair to the neck; remnants of electrical elements in the cup; scratches, marks and wear present throughout.
