A lizard pottery bowl by Zuni Pueblo artist Agnes Peynetsa (b. 1964). This traditional and contemporary influenced design, features a round bowl with stepped geometric rim in brown and terra-cotta tones. It Includes a center three dimensional lizard, with frogs on the rim and other painted designs. It is signed ‘Agnes Peynetsa, copyright, 1994, Zuni, NM.’ Agnes Peynetsa has been an active Zuni potter since 1984 and was taught by her siblings.
