A reclaimed English Turf Hotel sign painted more recently by Clare Highton to illustrate a jockey on horseback against a turquoise blue sky. The Hotel lettering ‘Turf Hotel Thwaites’ is done in gold with red edging, signed by the artist in the lower right corner.
