A flag of the United States of America. The fifty star flag is accompanied by a certificate attesting to the fact that it was flown over the U.S. Capitol on July 7, 1995 at the request of the Honorable Pat Roberts, Member of Congress for Lucie Blodgett. The letter is signed by George M. White, Architect of the Capitol. The flag is made of red, white, and blue fabric and the stars are individually embroidered in white thread. There are metal grommets along one edge. The flag comes in an en envelope with the letter of authenticity.
