An acrylic painting on canvas titled Passages by contemporary Cincinnati-based artist Lisa Schafer (21st century). The abstract painting features a tranquil palette of gray and lavender hues accented by an amorphous shape of bright green and areas of loose line work in black. The work is signed in black to the lower left and the title is written to the verso. The gallery wrapped canvas is ready to hang with a wire.

Lisa Schafer received an undergraduate degree in Architectural Engineering and a Master’s in Digital Design from the University of Cincinnati’s School of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP). Schafer’s work is represented in galleries across the United States including the Argosy Gallery in Bar Harbor, Maine and the Gallery Veronique in Montgomery, Ohio. Her work is housed in private and corporate collections including the Muska and Lipman Publishing Company and The Greater Cincinnati Foundation.
