A signed original oil painting on canvas of Native Americans. The painting, rendered in rich painterly brush strokes, depicts a gathering of Native American men, seated in a grassy meadow smoking a ceremonial pipe. They are traditionally dressed in buckskin clothing and one wears an elaborate headdress. The work is illegibly signed to the lower right. Presented in a gold tone wood frame with cast composite molding. It is equipped to hang with two metal d-rings.

- accretion across painting surface. Minor wear to frame. Canvas has shifted in frame so that lower edge is visible.
