A mixes collection of David Winter cottages and collectibles. This lot includes three buildings, two wall plaques, and three miniature homes all hand made of cast gypsum and hand painted in England. The building include Cornish Tin Mine, Alms Houses, and the Cornish Harbor, paired with the three miniatures The Dower House, The Shires – Gloucestershire Greenhouse, and The Shires – Staffordshire Stable, and two wall plaques one is the Collectors Guild log, and the other is a town scene featuring the English style David Winter is known for. Each building has a felt base marked with sticker while the Collectors Guild piece has felt to back and bottom (it is designed to sit on a table top) and the final plaque has a felt back with hanging divot and is marked with a sticker.
Condition
- a few rubs to the taller details of the buildings
- the Cornish harbor is missing a light pole.
